The Virtual Book Club For Kids Author List 2013-2014

It’s been well over a year since we joined the Virtual Book Club for Kids with Toddler Approved, Rainy Day Mum, The Educators’ Spin On It, and many other bloggers. We’re excited to announce the author list for 2013-2014. I hope you’ll join us!

Here’s How You Can Join Us:

Choose a book by the featured author for the month. {Have your kids help you pick a new one or choose your favorite to read.}
Be inspired by the book and complete a related activity {project, craft, recipe, etc.}.
On the second Monday of the month come here to share your book and activities at our Blog Hop.

August’s Featured Author

Donald Crews is this year’s final featured author. Link up with us on August 19th.

We first met Donald Crews and Freight Train while strolling through the book store one day. Aiden was really into trains at the time, so I knew he would enjoy the book. Enjoy was an understatement. He loved it very much {still does}. You can read about how we practiced colors and letters with Freight Train. Here are some more Donald Crews books that we like and some that we want to check out.
