The Sunday Showcase – Crafts that Inspire Pretend Play

Welcome to the Sunday Showcase! This week I’m featuring crafts that inspire pretend play that were linked up last week.

When I saw these crafts, I immediately thought of how my son would use them in his pretend play. They are great imagination starters.

The Craft Train shows us how to make sponge and duct tape boats. They would be great in or out of the water.

An Idea on Tuesday makes a fairy land with recycled materials. So adorable.

Molly Moo shares wine cork pocket pals. How cool are they?!

Edventures with Kids creates shields inspired by Percy Jackson. {plus more party ideas}

Crafty Moms Share makes pipe cleaner flamingos to go along with the book, Sylvie. My son has requested this one.

This time last year we were making and playing with 3D paper monsters. They’re easy to make and great for pretend play!
