Gift of Curiosity shows us how to estimate the circumference of an apple.

The Magnolia Barn uses a felt apple tree to practice counting.

Teaching 2 and 3 Year Olds shares an apple sensory bin.

This month we’re featuring books by Mo Willems for the Virtual Book Club for Kids! We shared a Cookie Math Game to go along with The Duckling Gets a Cookie!? Be sure to check out the other activities inspired by Mo Willems’ books at the bottom of the post. Check out our sorting game for Let’s Say Hi to Friends Who Fly also by Mo Willems. This time last year, Bill Martin Jr. was our featured author. We created caterpillar matching, memory, and a race game to go along with Ten Little Caterpillars. Two years ago we featured Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert and created our own leaf people and animals.
