Add These 5 Tools to Your Fall Discovery Table
Do you get excited about fall? I love all of the science learning opportunities that arise in autumn! My latest post for the Learning Resources blog is all about fall discovery tables. I’m sharing 5 Tools for Your Fall Discovery Table. Learning Resources sent us the products featured and compensated me for writing the post.
Add These 5 Tools to Your Fall Discovery Table
I’m all for adding in science tools any time we get a chance. A discovery table is the perfect opportunity to do just that. It’s a fun way to explore nature while practicing science and math skills.
You’ll find these activities will work well for preschool and elementary ages. Try these ideas at home or in the classroom. The whole goal is to have fun while exploring and using the tools.
I’m a big fan of products made by Learning Resources. They are good quality and made to last. I also love the fact that they actually work. They are toys that kids can really use not just pretend to use.
In the post, I talk about the benefits of each of the 5 tools – (affiliate links ahead) magnifying glass, tweezers, sensory tubes, measuring tape, and a balance. I provide questions to ask and observations to make while using each of the tools.
Watch the video to see a brief look at how we used the tools in our fall discovery table.
