Favorite Ways to Paint with Kids

I’m joining with Blogging with Kids this month for a Paint blog hop. I thought I would share some of our favorite ways to paint. Here are 11 ways to paint with kids from Inspiration Laboratories plus many more ideas linked up in the blog hop at the bottom.

Favorite Ways to Paint with Kids

Printmaking

Printmaking is my favorite way to save Aiden’s creations. When I set out paints for him, I typically place them on plastic lids. More often than not, Aiden chooses to mix all of the paint on the lids rather than paint on paper or whatever surface we have for the day. Since I can’t save the paint filled lid, I press a piece of paper to it to make a print. This is how our love for printmaking began.

Here’s Aiden’s moon print inspired by  Papa, Please Get the Moon for Me.
